Peggy, who co-founded Starmark/Chicago in 1978 and Starmark International in Florida in 1998, is a visionary leader whose travel and hospitality expertise has helped make the agency a renowned integrated marketing powerhouse. In 2006, she was named South Florida’s Business Woman of the Year.
Chief Interactive Officer
Technology visionary and entrepreneur, Brett is a partner at Starmark. He has been president of two other technology companies, TKOnet and OmniPilot Software. He is the chief architect of the agency’s interactive offerings, including software applications such as QuickwebPro, ChannelPro, and Agency. A Massachusetts native, Brett holds a BFA in graphic design from the Ringling College of Art and Design. He was the recipient of the 2006 South Florida Business Journal Up & Comers Award in the category of Advertising and PR.
Jacqui is the powerhouse executive that leads Starmark’s day-to-day operations. Her financial acumen and creative vision galvanizes the agency’s growth. Jacqui’s enthusiasm for her work and her faith in the power of marketing inspire Starmark’s staff and clients alike.
Senior Consultant, Latin America and Caribbean Markets
Mr. Espada has more than 20 years experience in a variety of industries, including travel and tourism, food and beverage, hospitality, economic development and government affairs. Prior to joining Starmark International, Mr. Espada was a business development consultant specializing in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. Before that he served at the highest levels of the Puerto Rican Government.
VP, Creative Director
Dale’s creativity has garnered numerous awards, from Addys to Webinspiredbys. His campaigns are cited in marketing textbook case studies. As senior creative director for JWT Mature Market Group, Dale’s clients included American Online, AARP, Zounds, Classic Residences by Hyatt, Thomas House and Military Officers Association of America, to name a few. This summa cum laude graduate of International Fine Arts College also earned a B.S. in Advertising from FIU. He is into Yoga, piano and anything “art.”
Vice President of Account Services
A seasoned executive with more than 18 years of Advertising Account Service experience in the South Florida market with an extensive background in the travel and hospitality industry. Responsible for strategic planning and brand stewardship for clients including Wyndham Resorts, Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, Royal Caribbean, CLIA, Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Under her leadership with the GFLCVB, the destination saw increased growth and higher occupancy rates for four consecutive years. The advertising campaign, Sunny.org received numerous awards including national ADDYS, Flaglers, HSMAI Adrian Awards. Lisa also has experience with consumer brands such as Oster, Sunbeam and Mayor’s Jewelers.
Director, Public Relations
Keva is an accomplished public relations professional with deep, hands-on experience across the spectrum of communications roles and tactics. He has specialized in establishing or upgrading public relations outreach for organizations experiencing transition and growth. Educated as an attorney, Keva brings strategic insight to reputation management and crisis communications, and ensures that his clients’ messages are conveyed persuasively and with precision.
VP, Account Planning & Strategy
Diego arrived at Starmark with a distinguished background working on some of the world’s most recognized brands. His clients benefit not only from his cross-discipline experience and his expertise in the US Hispanic market, but also from his uncanny ability to extract strategic insights from metrics and analytics. Diego infuses his strategic thinking into all client marketing and media plans. In addition to managing the media team, Diego oversees a group of accounts that includes Starmark’s Latin American and Caribbean business.
