Sr. Digital Analytics & Business Intelligence Strategist
Increase the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns through business intelligence and analytics.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with digital and media teams to deliver effective analytics implementations for complex web and app projects.
  • Help clients understand their customers, channels and campaign performance with data-based measurement strategies, analysis and visualization.
  • Develop and present monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports for clients and internal audiences.
  • Collaborate with IT to maintain API connections to all data sources and ETL flows to Data Warehouse.


  • Solid experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. (Google Analytics certification preferred)
  • Experience with multi-channel analytics and data, including Web Analytics, Paid and Organic Search, Paid and Organic Social, Retail and Ecommerce,
  • CRM, Conversion Optimization.
  • Experience with Data Warehouse platforms and database languages, preferably Amazon Redshift/SQL.
  • Experience with Data Visualization and dashboard platforms, including Tableau and either Periscope, Looker or Mode.
  • Experience with basic data engineering and manipulation tasks using Python/Pandas.
  • Experience with automated ETL platforms such as Trifacta, Tableau Prep or Google Cloud Dataprep.
  • Experience with web platforms and languages including HTML, CSS Javascript and working with the browser DOM.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services tools preferred, including S3, Lambda and Elasticsearch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising or Marketing
  • 5+ years experience in digital strategy

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through the development of digital strategies based on clients business goals, audience and budget.
  • Ensure all campaigns stay on strategy and analytics are captured accurately.
  • Maintain client status reports.
