Peggy, who co-founded Starmark/Chicago in 1978 and Starmark International in Florida in 1998, is a visionary leader whose travel and hospitality expertise has helped make the agency a renowned integrated marketing powerhouse. In 2006, she was named South Florida’s Business Woman of the Year.
Jacqui is the powerhouse executive that leads Starmark’s day-to-day operations. Her financial acumen and creative vision galvanizes the agency’s growth. Jacqui’s enthusiasm for her work and her faith in the power of marketing inspire Starmark’s staff and clients alike.
Brett strives to place Starmark’s big ideas in the larger context of the online world. With all aspects of business and branding now touching mobile, social and web, Brett ensures that client strategies and tactics integrate seamlessly in the digital realm, in real time. Brett helps maximize the effectiveness of big ideas to achieve client goals and objectives. He investigates online opportunities in every advertising and marketing program.
A seasoned executive with more than 18 years of Advertising Account Service experience in the South Florida market with an extensive background in the travel and hospitality industry. Responsible for strategic planning and brand stewardship for clients including Wyndham Resorts, Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau, Royal Caribbean, CLIA, Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Under her leadership with the GFLCVB, the destination saw increased growth and higher occupancy rates for four consecutive years. The advertising campaign, Sunny.org received numerous awards including national ADDYS, Flaglers, HSMAI Adrian Awards. Lisa also has experience with consumer brands such as Oster, Sunbeam and Mayor’s Jewelers.
Katy is a content strategist whose work spans the print and digital realm. She excels at collaborating with clients to create relevant messaging through engaging and innovative delivery methods. Katy launched her career in public relations role at Silversea Cruises, a role that sparked her interest and expertise in all things luxury and hospitality. She originally joined the Starmark team in 2001, and spent the next eight years expanding her skill set to include custom publishing and general marketing services. She also worked at Kaplan University, overseeing content development and managing internal and external creative resources.
With over 20 years of agency experience, Dale brings a whole lot of creative genius to Starmark — with an emphasis on tourism, education, B2B and healthcare. Responsible for the development of Starmark’s award-winning Hello Sunny campaign for Greater Fort Lauderdale, his ability to color outside the lines has garnered international acclaim and numerous industry awards. Dale leads the Starmark creative team while working on accounts such as the Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB, Port Everglades, FLL, FPL FiberNet, Kaplan University, HMS National, Memorial Healthcare… and the list goes on. Prior to joining the agency, Dale was Senior Creative Director at J. Walter Thompson for brands focused on Baby Boomers and beyond.
Mickey has more than 20 years experience in a variety of industries, including travel and tourism, food and beverage, hospitality, economic development and government affairs. Prior to joining Starmark International, Mickey was a business development consultant specializing in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. Before that he served at the highest levels of the Puerto Rican Government.
