Starmark first started in Chicago in 1978, Peggy Nordeen, a co-founder, sold the company after 14 years in a deal that ensured that all her staff would retain their jobs. Nordeen also made sure she retained the brand.

VISTA tapped Starmark to develop a strategic advertising campaign for its Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans. Additional advertising campaigns will be formulated around VISTA’s employer group and individual products.
