Starmark is pleased to announce that its client Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau won 2013 Communicator Awards in multiple categories. The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications. Founded nearly two decades ago, The Communicator Awards receives over 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world. The Communicator Awards honors work that transcends innovation and craft – work that made a lasting impact.

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau and Starmark take great pride in the results of their Hello Sunny integrated marketing campaign. The campaign, international in scope, developed an entirely new identity for the destination. Hello Sunny took advantage of every medium to brand Greater Fort Lauderdale as a happy-go-lucky state-of-mind. Also hugely successful was the Goodbye Chilly, Hello Sunny guerilla marketing campaign, which reminded cities stuck in the winter doldrums of the carefree experience waiting for them down south.
